Remove an Insufficient Funds (ISF) Slip on myPayNJTA
You can view any ticket linked to your myPayNJTA profile directly from your dashboard. If you no longer want a ticket to appear there, you can remove it from your profile by following the steps below.
Note: Removing a ticket from myPayNJTA will not change its status or any amount owed. It simply removes it from your dashboard view when you log in.
1. Select the ticket you wish to remove
2. Under "Ticket Actions" click Remove Ticket
3. Click Accept to confirm
4. If the ticket is in your cart, you will need to remove it from your cart, as well. Click the cart.
5. Click Remove for the ticket you want to remove.
Once you’ve completed these steps, the ticket will be removed from your dashboard, but all obligations and updates related to it will continue to apply. You can re-add it at any time if needed. See Find an Insufficient Funds (ISF) Slip on myPayNJTA.
