You can use the steps listed below to change the email address on your Profile:
1. Log in to your myPayNJTA Profile
2. Select the round Profile icon located on the top right-hand corner of your screen
3. Scroll down to the section that contains your PayIt Login Information and click the Change link located above your email address
Note: For Profiles created using a social sign on option with Apple, Facebook, or Google, the email address cannot be changed in the Profile. Please contact Support for assistance using the blue Help widget in the bottom corner of the screen.
4. Enter and confirm your new email address and click the Save Changes button
5. An Email Successfully Changed message will be displayed on the screen and confirmation email sent to you confirming the change
